User Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Fred to delete your personal data at any time.

1. Affiliates: email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Delete my data".
2. To remove only WhatsApp access: go to Settings › Channels › Disconnect WhatsApp. This revokes Fred's token immediately.
3. Contacts (people messaged through Fred): reply STOP to stop messages, or email [email protected] with your phone number or email to have your data erased.

We confirm receipt within 1–2 working days and complete deletion within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
